Career Coaching: Career Coaching is a reflective process that involves discussing the career options you are considering and mapping out a plan for achieving your career goals. Just as obtaining a degree consists of classes that build upon one another until you reach an expected level of proficiency, moving successfully from the classroom to the workplace is also a process that requires you to take action and reflect.

The Bill and Susan Lhota Office of Alumni Career Management: The Ohio State University Alumni Association launched the Bill and Susan Lhota Office of Alumni Career Management in 2012, largely in response to a significant movement among alumni requesting career guidance. We strive to provide assistance in career development and transitions through a robust variety of resources, keeping our clients abreast of current trends and dynamics within the industry.
Career Counseling & Support Services: As you explore your career path, you may experience fear or self-doubt about your ability to achieve your career goals. CCSS works with you to develop and understand your own career story and find valuable ways to express your own identity/life purpose and boost your self-efficacy to find and land the jobs you are looking for.
Buckeye Careers: For students, Buckeye Careers works in collaboration with all university career services to help all students find the customized support they need; from selecting a major to identifying an internship and starting a career.
