Workshop and Collaboration Request Form

 Collaborate with us to bring career development into your curriculum and student organizations. Our services include dynamic, interactive workshops and the option for Career Success presence—where our team can actively participate in your events, career fairs, panel discussions, and other activities, providing tailored support and expertise.

  • Tailored Workshops (6-8 weeks notice required)

Career Success Engagement Request Policies:

Partners requesting workshops or other types of Career Success engagement:
  • Agree to submit their request at least 4 weeks prior for full consideration and understand that customized collaborations may require up to 6-8 weeks prior notice 
  • Agree to email the workshop facilitator your group/class roster at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop
  • Confirm that the target audience is comprised of at least 50% Arts and Sciences students.
  • Commit to taking steps to ensure maximum attendance at the event - a minimum of 15 students are expected to attend.
  • Agree that workshops/events are to take place during the following hours:
    • Monday – Thursday, 10 am-8 pm
    • Friday, 10 am-4 pm
    • Saturday and Sunday, are generally not available; exceptions can be made pending staff availability with prior notice and a guarantee of 50 or more participants.
  • Agree that event costs must be covered by the requesting organization (e.g. catering, room reservation); there is no presenter fee.
  • In order to foster a dynamic and collaborative learning environment, agree to encourage participants to keep their cameras on during virtual workshops, breakout rooms and when alumni and employers are present.
