Career Success' Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Achieving hopes and dreams isn’t for select students, it is for all students.

The Center for Career and Professional Success (Career Success) is committed to addressing racism, sexism, classism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism and all other forms of oppression. To address the systemic oppression of marginalized communities, we acknowledge that our institution must undergo a historic transformation based in facts, humility and accountability. Consistent with the university’s mission, we commit to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive community and commit to bringing about social change through our work.

Career Success plays a vital role in the transition that students make to become contributors to society. Given our commitment to student success, our primary goal is to listen and respond to the challenges they face when pursuing career goals. We collaborate with our fellow Ohio State faculty, staff, alumni and organizations to create and foster a more equitable workforce.

We invite you as partners to engage with us regarding these principles of diversity, equity and inclusion and to hold us accountable to these standards as we continue to build a more inclusive community.

Be included. Be you – with us.
