Zach joined Career Success after working as a Senior Career Advisor at Buckeye Commons, where he supported students and alumni through individualized coaching and campus-wide programming. Previously, he worked in Employer Relations at the University of Notre Dame, serving university partners in various business industries. His advising and employer engagement experience help him strengthen relationships with industry partners and expand opportunities for ASC students. This background enables him to connect students with organizations seeking emerging talent and shape programming that reflects real-world career pathways.

Zach holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Marketing, as well as both an MBA and an MSA from Ohio University. He is committed to helping ASC students grow professionally, build meaningful connections, and access high-impact career experiences.
