As the CX Design Practice Lead at Accenture’s Cloud Innovation Center, Brandon guides cross-discipline teams and clients to create software that’s customer-centric. With over a decade in product design for global technology and services, Brandon’s helped clients like Nationwide, Target, GE Aviation, and Hershey’s on their innovation journey. Brandon will be covering how the Cloud Innovation Center’s unique ways of working generate better, more humane, and more sustainable software for users, clients, and the teams that create it.
