Career Success is excited to share an opportunity to explore the Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, and Public Relations industries through a local Career Trek in the Short North on Thursday, October 13th, 2022. This Career Trek is in partnership with the American Advertising Federation (AAF) of Columbus.
Students attending the trek can expect to join the American Advertising Federation of Columbus in touring three of Columbus’ most well-respected agencies in the fields of digital communications, advertising, marketing, creative, and application development. Students will spend the day visiting agencies at their downtown offices and learning from various staff about what it takes to be successful in this field.
Participating Agencies include:
TreeTree – A woman-owned Business-to-Business marketing and creative agency
WillowTree – Specializing in the design, engineering, and developing of digital products and experiences
The Shipyard – A data-driven strategy, creative, and media analytics agency
There are only 15 spots available, so we encourage interested students to apply as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that this event will be 8:45 am - 4:30 pm on Oct. 13th during Fall Break. More details will be sent out to selected applicants closer to the event date. Any questions regarding the event or application can be sent to Kayli Futty.7@osu.edu or Erin McAlhaney.1@osu.edu.
