Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion

Arts and Sciences Career Success is excited to host an Immersion Day with Nationwide Children's Hospital on Friday, November 13, 2026. The event will take place at the Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion (444 Butterfly Gardens Drive, Columbus, OH 43215) from 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm.

This Immersion Day opportunity allows undergraduate students an exciting opportunity to speak to recruiters and program administrators working in childhood Behavioral Health at Nationwide Children's Hospital—recently ranked by U.S. News & World Report to the Top 10 Best Children’s Hospitals Honor Roll for the 13th consecutive year.

This opportunity is limited to 20 students, and registration will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The Behavioral Health department is particularly interested in speaking with students interested in athletic training, psychology, behavioral health, and special education; however, all undergraduate Ohio State students are eligible for the opportunity.

Event Highlights:

  • A 30-minute information session introducing BH career pathways
  • A panel discussion featuring BH Managers and student-athlete alumni currently working in the field
  • A guided tour of our facility to experience the environment firsthand

By registering for and accepting a spot in this program, you are committing to attend the Immersion Day. ASC Career Success will facilitate a carpool signup; however, participants are ultimately responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the employer site. If your availability or travel plans change, please withdraw your registration on Handshake and/or notify Arts and Sciences Career Success as soon as possible. Timely communication helps ensure that other interested students have the opportunity to participate.
